Terms of Service — Yuno Voice
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Yuno Voice ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Yuno Voice is a real-time translation application that provides:
- Voice-to-voice translation
- Text translation
- Audio file translation
- Image/OCR translation
- Voice memo transcription
3. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Subscription Plans
The App offers subscription plans (Plus, Pro, Ultra) with different features and usage limits. Subscription details and pricing are displayed in the App.
4.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or payment method on file
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4.4 Refunds
Refund requests are subject to the policies of the App Store or Google Play Store.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Transmit harmful, threatening, or offensive content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
- Use the App to infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- Share your account credentials with others
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Yungrace and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload. By using the App, you grant us a license to process your content as necessary to provide the service.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy of translations
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That the App will meet your specific requirements
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yungrace and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. End-User License Agreement (EULA) — Apple App Store
The following terms apply when you obtain the App from the Apple App Store. You and the Application Provider (YunGrace AI Tech / Yungrace, "we," "us") acknowledge and agree as follows:
15.1 Acknowledgement. This agreement is concluded between you and the Application Provider only, and not with Apple, Inc. ("Apple"). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof. This agreement may not provide for usage rules for the Licensed Application that are in conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions as of the Effective Date (which you acknowledge you have had the opportunity to review).
15.2 Scope of License. The license granted to you for the Licensed Application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the Licensed Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
15.3 Maintenance and Support. We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application, as specified in these Terms or as required under applicable law. You and we acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.
15.4 Warranty. We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be our sole responsibility.
15.5 Product Claims. You and we acknowledge that we, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims of yours or any third party relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and/or use of the Licensed Application, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation, including in connection with the Licensed Application's use of any frameworks or APIs. This agreement may not limit our liability to you beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
15.6 Intellectual Property Rights. You and we acknowledge that, in the event of any third party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of the Licensed Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
15.7 Legal Compliance. You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

15.9 Third Party Terms. You must comply with applicable third party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application (e.g., you must not be in violation of your wireless data service agreement when using the Application).
15.10 Third Party Beneficiary. You and we acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this agreement against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.
